Desperate Adoration
7 December 2023|Papa God & Denae Roth
"Oh Come let us adore Him" Urgency fills this plea of adoration. Let us, we beg, we long to come worship our king, this Messiah, the sinless spotless Lamb of God. Are we hungry not just for what we can get from God but hungry to give back to Him? Are we desperate to adore Him? Adore in Hebrew means to love or worship the God we revere. Israel was in desperate need of a Messiah and in this world we are desperate yet again, not for Him to come but to recognize His dwelling among us. To adore Him. " You will recognize Him by strips of cloth and lying in a manger." Luke 2:12. Maybe the reason the world does not recognize and adore Him is because He hides Himself in the seemingly insignificant, and reveals Himself to those willing to seek shamelessly with only a star to guide the way. To those obedient to the calling and walking in the journey. This world is weary, but we have a Savior and we must adore Him. Because from surrendered worship comes, prosperity, peace, hope, and love. Could we quiet our hearts long enough to turn our worry into worship, our fears into faith, because of the Holy One dwelling in us? "It is our privilege to worship(adore) Yahweh our God. To bring Him an offering of thanks and bless His beautiful name. He's so loving it will amaze you, so kind it will astound you. And He is famous for His faithfulness toward all. Our God can be trusted." Pieces of Psalms 100 TPT.
With this I plead;
Let us adore Him.
Amen.
